    I often go to bed around 4 am these days, so I'd say late night, the real debate for me is if 5 am or 6 am is the first early morning hour

    I usually don’t eat breakfast for dinner, but when I do it’s nice, I prefer it over dinner for breakfast which I’m not sure if I’ve ever done
