It's coming back by popular demand! The Bell Tree World Championship! Breakfast: a cup of plain green tea Lunch AKA Morning Snacks: turkey jerkey, some BBQ flavoured chips, and a fruit roll-up style snack Mid-Day Snacks: more jerkey and a chocolate coconut macaroon Later-Day Snacks: trail mix with extra peanuts & cashews mixed in for additional protein Dinner: sausage pizza Nighttime Snacks: 2 cashew butter chocolate sandwich cookies
I knew I ate a lot of "snack meals" most days but typing it out is making me realize just how insanely snacky I am...
Breakfast: Coffee and a bagel Lunch: Leftover rice and veggies Dinner: Falafel and potatoes with tzatziki sauce, greek salad Snack/treat: Cadbury mini eggs
breakfast: homemade scone w/ jam and tea. a protein yoghurt. grapes and prunes. lunch: slice of toast with butter and more tea dinner: chickpea curry w/ rice. an apple and a banana snack: 2x dark chocolate orange bars + tunnock's tea cake + coffee.
breakfast: salmon lox bagels (bagel, cream cheese, greens, egg, smoked salmon, and topped with capers), they were so delicious lunch: chicken wings (was still full-ish from breakfast so did not eat much dinner: domino's pizza (philly steak and italian sausage toppings), parmesan bread bites, and bacon & jalapeno stuffed cheesy bread
Breakfast: cereal (I wasn’t going to have it at first, but I was really hungry and that’s the only thing I have that I can have multiple servings of)
Lunch: two cheeseburgers and fries from McDonald’s (which was nice because we rarely have it)
Dinner: leftover pizza from Wednesday
Yesterday: Breakfast: Toast with butter, coffee Lunch: California rolls Dinner: I accidentally bought the spicy version of some noodles that I normally like so I could only eat about half of it :/ then I filled up on potato chips
Breakfast: oat porridge w/ protein yoghurt, biscoff, nutella, pb, banana, and muesli. tea. Lunch: slice of toast with butter and an apple. Dinner: Spinach and ricotta pizza. Grapes. Snack: 2 choc chip cookies and a coffee.
breakfast: skipped lunch: buldak carbonara with cheese filled tteokbokki... with more cheese on top dinner: rice, lemon salmon, bok choy, and snow peas night snack: sweet corn pudding
